Orders are prepared after invoice confirmation. Standard fulfillment target is 2-3 business days after payment. Free shipping estimate starts at $40 before taxes. Final shipping is confirmed on the invoice.
Returns
Unopened tea pouches may be returned within 30 days after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, email photos and the order details so we can review a replacement or refund.
Ingredients
Blends are built around caffeine-free botanicals such as hibiscus, sorrel, ginger, moringa, rooibos, lemongrass, mint, citrus peel, baobab, fruit, and warm spices.
Final packaged products should include exact ingredient panels before paid launch.
Allergens
Do not order a blend if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any listed ingredient. Until final production labels are locked, ingredient questions should be asked before invoice payment.
Caffeine
The current collection is positioned as caffeine-free herbal infusions. Rooibos, hibiscus, moringa, mint, lemongrass, fruit, and spice blends are naturally caffeine-free when no true tea leaf is added.
